2.) Intake / Treatment Planning Session
Laying a foundation for your care.
If you chose to move forward with honoring me as your therapist, you'll receive a welcome packet as well as an intake form to complete prior to our first session. I will review this information beforehand and we'll also walk through it together. This helps to ensure we have a shared understanding of your needs, and together we'll create a personalized treatment plan that supports your goals.
3.) Therapeutic Process
A flexible, client- centered journey toward healing.
Based upon your treatment plan, we'll determine a schedule of sessions that best supports your healing- whether weekly, biweekly or monthly. The therapeutic process will grow and adapt over time based upon your progress, deepening needs and evolving goals. Throughout our time together, the aim is to empower you to heal, develop deeper self awareness, and move towards lasting empowerment and autonomy.
4.) Honoring the Journey's End
Your voice shapes the process—and when it’s time, it also signals when you’re ready to transition.
Therapy is a collaborative space, but there will come a point when you begin to feel more grounded, more confident, or simply ready to move forward on your own. The end of therapy isn’t a failure or a goodbye—it’s a milestone. Together, we’ll recognize when you’re ready to transition and reflect on the growth that’s taken place. You can always return if new needs arise. Healing doesn’t follow a straight path, and this space will always honor where you are.

Services are primarily provided via Telehealth through an EHR, HIPPA compliant platform. Upon requesting services here, further information will be provided to you.
