I. Overview

Branches of Grace Collective provides non-clinical services and resources, including consulting, coaching, educational materials, and digital products. These Terms & Policies outline the general conditions governing use of services and materials offered through Branches of Grace Collective.

By engaging with services, purchasing products, or accessing materials, you agree to these Terms & Policies in addition to any service-specific agreements provided at enrollment or checkout.

II. Nature of Services

All services and products offered through Branches of Grace Collective are non-therapeutic and non-clinical. They do not constitute mental health counseling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial services.

Clinical services are offered separately and exclusively through Abide in the Vine Counseling, PLLC, under separate policies and agreements.

III. Eligibility & Participation

Services and products are intended for individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified)

  • Have the capacity to make independent decisions

  • Understand participation is voluntary

Clients and customers are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes related to the use of services or materials.

IV. Services, Enrollment & Agreements

Certain offerings require acknowledgment of additional documentation, including:

  • Service-specific informed consent (consulting or coaching)

  • Enrollment or checkout agreements

  • Payment and cancellation policies

Completion of enrollment or purchase constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms.

V. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Fees are listed at the time of enrollment or purchase

  • Enrollment in packages or agreement to a specific rate constitutes a financial commitment

  • Packages, prepaid services, and digital products are nonrefundable, unless otherwise stated in writing

VI. Cancellations & Termination

Branches of Grace Collective reserves the right to discontinue or terminate services if:

  • Policies are not followed

  • Boundaries are violated

  • Services are no longer an appropriate fit

Termination of non-clinical services does not require a formal clinical termination process.

VII. Confidentiality & Privacy

Reasonable discretion is maintained regarding information shared during services. However:

  • Services are not governed by HIPAA

  • Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed

  • Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect safety

VIII. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, templates, and digital products are the intellectual property of Branches of Grace Collective unless otherwise stated. Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.

IX. Limitation of Liability

Branches of Grace Collective is not responsible for:

  • Client decisions or actions

  • Business, personal, or financial outcomes

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Liability, if any, is limited to fees paid for services rendered.

X. Governing Law

These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

XI. Updates to Policies

Policies may be updated periodically, with notice provided to clients. Continued use of services or materials constitutes acceptance of any updates.
